Despite the fact that they knew that I would be delayed picking it up they handed it to me with a temporary 10-day inspection sticker that had expired the day before. Once time came to pick up the vehicle, the meeting half-way offer was off the table just like the "runner" delivery so I made another 400-mile round trip. I explained that I was pretty tied up with a conference and overseas travel for the next couple of weeks and would have to take delivery of the vehicle after 5/18.
